Service Agreement.

This agreement is between WebBoardin and the client for website and digital marketing services. Work begins only after written confirmation and advance payment.

1. Scope of Work

WebBoardin will provide services based on the selected package. Any features outside the agreed package are considered custom work and will be quoted and charged separately before execution.

2. Pricing & Payment

A 50% advance is required before work begins. The remaining 50% must be paid before the final website is delivered or goes live. Work will not start or continue without payment confirmation.

For monthly services (GBP Management, WhatsApp Marketing), payment is due in advance at the start of each month. If payment is not received by the 5th of the month, the service will be paused until cleared.

If final payment is not made within 3 days of delivery notification, a holding fee of ₹500 per week applies until the balance is cleared.

"All payments are invoiced formally via WebBoardin's invoicing system. Clients are required to pay against the issued invoice. Payment outside of the invoice must be confirmed in writing on WhatsApp with screenshot."

3. Delivery Timeline

  • — Basic Website (₹6,999): 5–7 working days
  • — Premium Website (₹12,999): 7–10 working days
  • — Custom Project: Timeline confirmed in writing before work begins

Timelines are calculated from the date advance payment is received and all required content is submitted by the client. Delays caused by the client will extend the timeline accordingly.

4. Revisions

Each package includes 2 free revisions. A revision means a change to existing content or design — it does not mean a redesign or addition of new sections. Additional revisions beyond 2 are charged at ₹500 per revision, confirmed before execution.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide all required content — business name, logo, images, text, and any other materials — within 3 days of advance payment. If content is not provided within 7 days, the project will be placed on hold and the timeline resets when content is received.

The client must provide timely feedback during the revision process. Delays beyond 7 days without communication will result in the project being paused.

6. Domain

Domain registration is purchased in the client's name and paid directly by the client to the respective provider. WebBoardin assists with setup at no additional charge. WebBoardin is not responsible for domain expiry, renewal lapses, or third-party provider issues.

7. Monthly Website Care Plan — ₹1,000/month

The Monthly Website Care Plan covers the following:

  • Minor content updates (text, images, business hours, contact details)
  • Bug fixes if any element of the website stops functioning correctly
  • Performance monitoring
  • Domain renewal reminders and assistance
  • WhatsApp support for any website-related queries
  • Monthly backup

This plan does NOT include:

  • Redesigns or structural layout changes
  • New page additions
  • New feature development
  • Changes outside the original website scope

These will be quoted and charged separately before execution.

This plan requires 15 days written notice to cancel. No refund is issued for the current billing month.

7a. Per-Fix Charges (Without Care Plan)

Clients who have not subscribed to the Monthly Website Care Plan will be charged per individual fix as follows:

  • Minor content update (text, image, contact detail): ₹500 per request
  • Bug fix (broken form, broken link, display issue): ₹800 per fix
  • Domain renewal assistance: ₹300 per instance
  • Emergency fix (same day resolution): ₹1,500 flat

All per-fix work requires advance payment before execution. No fix will be carried out without prior payment confirmation.

Note: The Monthly Website Care Plan at ₹1,000/month covers all of the above without additional charges. Clients experiencing frequent fixes are encouraged to consider the plan.

8. GBP Management

Google Business Profile management (₹1,999/month) includes profile setup, regular posts, photo updates, review responses, and Q&A management. Results depend on factors outside WebBoardin's control including Google's algorithm and local competition. No specific ranking or result is guaranteed.

Cancellation requires 15 days written notice. No refund for the current billing month.

9. WhatsApp Marketing

WhatsApp Marketing (₹3,999/month) covers campaign planning, copywriting, audience segmentation, scheduling, and reporting. The client provides access to their own WhatsApp Business account. The client pays the messaging platform directly per message at standard platform rates. WebBoardin charges only for campaign management and does not mark up message costs.

No specific sales results or response rates are guaranteed. Results depend on audience quality and business type.

Cancellation requires 15 days written notice. No refund for the current billing month.

10. Refund Policy

Advance payments are non-refundable once work has begun. If WebBoardin is unable to deliver the agreed scope, a proportional refund will be discussed in good faith.

11. Project Hold & Cancellation

If the client does not respond for more than 7 days during active work, the project is placed on hold. If no response is received within 30 days of the hold, the project is considered cancelled and the advance payment is forfeited.

If the client cancels after work has begun, the advance is non-refundable. If more than 50% of the work is complete, the full amount is due.

12. Ownership

Full ownership of the website is transferred to the client only after complete payment is received. Until then, WebBoardin retains all rights to the work. WebBoardin reserves the right to display the project in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

13. Post-Delivery Support

7 days of complimentary support is included after delivery. This covers bug fixes and minor content corrections only. Design changes, new features, or structural edits after delivery are not included and will be quoted separately.

14. Liability

WebBoardin is not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data arising from website downtime, third-party service failures, or client misuse. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

15. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

16. Acceptance

The client confirms acceptance of this agreement by sending a written confirmation via WhatsApp or email before work begins. If written confirmation is not received, payment of the advance constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
